I swear I thought I coined that term feminazi about 10 years ago... when I believed things were black and white.
There's a necessary baton exchange taking place between men and women. The new world needs women to step up and take a much greater leadership role.
In case some of you hadn't noticed yet the old ways of might is right and climb to the top at all costs is causing more harm than good to the planet and our species.
There's a better way for us to grow and evolve which requires  greater strength and willpower than simply trying to desperately hold onto the status quo.
That's the lower form of ego which is primarily responsible for much of humanities unnecessary suffering.
It served a purpose but not anymore.
Women are not handed leadership. They need to learn and earn it.
It's up to Men to help facilitate this by teaching women the skill sets we learned, and also not be unnecessarily obstructive because we fear losing control and the essence of what it is to be a man.

Let me give you a couple of examples.
We have women's only gyms, but men are not allowed to have any men's clubs, WHY?.
We have courts finding in favor of the mothers in custody and wealth matters more times than not, and if a man dares to challenge he is ostracized.
A woman hits a man with impunity, regardless of the fact that they are smaller, weaker and would have no chance in hell of standing up to him should he strike back.
Yet if a small man hit another man, he would be rightly decked. Why do women, who want and demand equality, expect anything less?

Is this equality?
Is this true respect for men and women? Of course it isnt, its feminism at its best, taking advantage and using it to further their cause.

Some of the best women managers I have worked with, treat both sexes exactly the same, they are not trying to be men, they are not putting on the tossle and acting tough (because its a tough world).
They simply use the skills and their capabilities, they use their intelligence and training to act as a manager with no thoughts of equality, simply because they are already equal.

Then I see the ones who try and use their Inequality as a ladder, using tricks and slogans to bridge the gap between the skills required and their obvious deficiencies.
These do not last long, they quickly become a hot potato and are passed around until someone finds a way to rid themselves of the problem.

Again
When feminists stand up to the obvious denigration of women, child brides, abuse and objectification of Muslim women, then and only then I may have some respect for them and their cause.

Until then, they are nothing more than self serving opportunistic narcissists.
