I have been in a room when women start going off about a particular actor/ footballer/ model.

I once worked security for some male strippers, never again.
Men are far more in control and less problematic than women.
Men, unless totally drunk, keep their hands to themselves and go home without much trouble.
Women........Its disgusting. I was propositioned by 12 women at this venue, and I'm an ugly bastard.

Women treat men as sex objects and men treat women as sex objects.
That, my friend, is life.

If a woman wears a tiny, short skirt and open top, guess what?....Men will stare.
If a man wears an open top and looks good, guess what?...... Women will stare, and often more.

But what about the women only gyms, but men are not allowed to have men only clubs eh? That's hardly equal?

But as I have stated, many women I have worked with were well paid managers.
And I might add, very good at their jobs.

The ones that scream gender inequality, are generally under-performing incompetents that have managed to use the system to be promoted to the highest level of their incompetence.

When I look at a fellow worker, I see either a competent person or an incompetent person.
I do not see a woman, man or monkey, just a fellow worker.
When I married, I married my soul mate, no need or inclination to stray.
Therefor its easy for me to look at everyone equally, regardless of colour, sex or race.

But I draw the line at people who cannot do their job, who complain , who have toxic personalities.
These do not make my job easier and I rid myself of them with extreme prejudice.

I have also been very lucky to work with people from many countries where sex is no barrier.
Countries like Sweden, Finland, Holland and believe it or not, China.
The only obstacle to these people is their own ability.
And they don't have the Feminazis we have.

You should only receive what you are worth and not be handed some special privilege to balance out some perceived and mythical privilege on the part of some other.

If I walk into a job interview, and cannot speak English, and cannot satisfy the requirements - I should not get the job.

Same applies to any fantastical idea that somehow proportional representation in the community implies proportional representation in running the nation.

As a highly intelligent and perceptive man, and as one dedicated to developing a new party to properly handle this country - as an example - I do not put myself forward as a 'representative' of anything - there are people far better capable of that than I - which leads me to my point..............

...the entire process of 'selection' for the DUTY of running the country should be based without exception on selection of those most capable of the job... not on some mythical basis that somehow a person from some selected group MUST be representative, regardless of any and all other factors.

Selection by social group or as a representative of some Special Interest Group that has managed to invade a 'party', is called Total Stupidity!

Footnote:- My best working relationship was with a woman manager..... but, like any other man or woman - she was capable of seeing that RESULTS matter, and not some Swedish nightmare of Equality™ forced on everyone within sight..... I also supported and worked for FREE, for a woman candidate in the 2007 Federal election...... I promoted the idea that (in a security transport company) that they should have women at management level ....... I hapily accepted second place to rear my children (at the expense of my own $100k 'career' at 1990 values) since their mother was seriously involved in the film industry....you may eat my shorts at your leisure.... but do not EVER even suggest to ME that I am some form of oppressive assethole for saying that affirmative action is pure discrimination and has no place in a civilised society.... FTS (bugger The Swedes!)....
