I suppose, as a footnote, that those who hold such non-reasoning could be excluded from the human race........ not fit to govern, etc... entitled to their opinion but never permitted to take over running the show and turning it into a lunatic asylum, just one point of view that has ZERO 'right' to exclude opposing views based on some absurd presumption of academic superiority and support. 

A fine example was Labor's Steve Smith from Darkest Western Australia wanting to shove women willy-nilly into Direct Combat, then waffling that it is now a Right ™ for them to apply and try but they simply can't make the grade .... educated smart and full of theory but thick as two planks nailed end to end in the real world (are they still advertising all those little girlies on fork lifts signing up for a year in the Army?) .... and one has to ponder the fate of his students back home under that mentality, which says 'adhere to MY line or fail'..... some academic smarts right there, and we laugh at Islam and 'everything is already written down' etc....

Gender inequality exists in the pay scales and the positions held by women.  It exists in the way that men think about and look at them.  To many, they see sex-objects, things to be started at and lusted after, to be portrayed in the media, magazines on the internet for their pleasure.   Hardly equal, now are they?

I have been in a room when women start going off about a particular actor/ footballer/ model.

I once worked security for some male strippers, never again.
Men are far more in control and less problematic than women.
Men, unless totally drunk, keep their hands to themselves and go home without much trouble.
Women........Its disgusting. I was propositioned by 12 women at this venue, and I'm an ugly bastard.

Women treat men as sex objects and men treat women as sex objects.
That, my friend, is life.

Both women and men dress to be admired, to be stared at.
If a woman wears a tiny, short skirt and open top, guess what?....Men will stare.
If a man wears an open top and looks good, guess what?...... Women will stare, and often more.

But what about the women only gyms, but men are not allowed to have men only clubs eh? That's hardly equal?
