No pardon for Hillary

There has been speculation that Obama would move to pardon the Grifter-in-Chief before he leaves office.

Pardon her for what? She hasn't been charged or convicted on anything . . . yet. Legal pundits have been quick to point out there is no such thing as a preemptive pardon.

The best she could look for is immunity from prosecution, which can be granted to those who admit guilt to crimes and cooperate fully in bringing other people to justice. Can't see that happening

No, Hillary's only choice, as mooted AG Guliani has advised, is to wait and let the system "that we trust in" do its job.

Of course, if the system eventually drags her through court after court and dies find her guilty of some financial crime, President Trump could pardon her.

Wouldn't that be a nice touch.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

After all the anti Trump protests, prosecuting Hills would not be a good move. She lost, she thought she was born to rule and she's had her nose rubbed in dog turds. If Trump pushed it that would make him seem vindictive and ultimately counter productive to his presidency.

It's not for Trump to prosecute anyone. Thats the job of the organs of justice, properly constituted under.law. In America that's the DOJ and the FBI or the equivalent state.bodies.

I do think the Clinton Foundation needs a good audit...

but I agree leave her alone for now anyway... what she has done is done it cant be undone.

I would prefer he concentrate if he is inclined on stopping the horrors of Police brutality in America....and rampant gangsterism on the streets.

they are worse than any hoods.. and a huge problem...so I hope he has the will to change that...

Except for President Ford's preemptive pardon of Richard Nixon.

Alleged crimes, Bogie.

Do your homework.

Research "Gerald Ford / Richard Nixon / Pardon."
