GOP strategist: Clinton will win -- but Congress won't work with her

Chicago (CNN)Hillary Clinton will win in an electoral landslide on Tuesday, but the political baggage she has accumulated over the past year-and-a-half will dissuade congressional Republicans from working with her administration, says longtime Republican political strategist John Weaver.
"I believe she's going to win in an electoral landslide and be the most unpopular president in electoral history, which is quite the paradox," Weaver told David Axelrod on "The Axe Files" podcast, produced by the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and CNN.

a lame duck president who won't be able to pass any legislation.

No she won't. Obama already showed how to manipulate a lame duck GOP who are a leaderless rabble with no evident objective other than obstruction and obfuscation.

The GOP clowns will be so busy trying to nail Hillary they won't get their act together.

They have already failed twice against Hillary. The Benghazi bluster and the email controversy which they lost both.

So - the USA will be floundering for the next 4 years with
a lame duck president who won't be able to pass any legislation.

It's not good for the world.

She'll pass legislation, but nothing too dangerous or revolutionary.

Australia will be fine.

Trump will sulk for twelve months, until he finds something to keep his (pea) brain occupied.

I predict he'll die of a heart attack before the next election.

Obama did a lot with a bunch of rabble obstructing him. The GOP clowns will be too busy running their get Hillary circuses to focus on lawmaking. Eventually the voters will kick GOP asses.
