I'm from Australia, and yes admittedly a "swinging TV couch voter" waiting to hear something that is not within the bounds of political BS, hype and fantasy.
I immediately swung over to Trump whilst sitting on the fence, leaning to fall into whoever has the intestinal fortitude, ( guts ) and speak out about jobs leaving the local country, manufacturers going abroad and selling their products back to their country of origin. Because this is happening in Australia, to.
So if I was in USA, I would vote for Trump because he made it well known, very well known, ( words to the effect of ), "those in Michigan who decide to go to another country, to make the same product/s and sell it back to USA will incure a 35% tarrif", or words to that effect.
We need that here to in Australia.
Problem is, like anything in politics during election campaigns they may tend to say the obvious, they win and then nothing constructive gets done.
So it is Trump, then wait and see.
Australia needs a "Trump" to kick some ass and get on with it.
H Clinton, she is like my "big sister", love her all the same, but I don't think we are in a world these days to pussy-foot around, with all due respect. The world has real problems in this day and age and for our own survival the "killer instinct" in both business and defense needs to be allowed a slight free hand to put those extremists in line with the current times !
One more thing, and this is to manufacturers and the Greenies;
If you lot are serious about the global environment, then bringing back true product quality control where things last longer,then natural resources can be maintained. Cheap "Chinese" quality faded products and the concept of perpetual consumerism for the sake of profit, hopefully will be a thing of the past.
Trump can make this happen.
