Chocolate filled strawberries.  This one might be chocolate overkill.

I usually don't eat dessert.  However, I keep vanilla ice cream and those Wicked Sister Panna Cotta desserts on hand if I feel like a "sweet" snack. I like their Crème Caramel too.

...

...

Sorry Black Orchid.  Wink

I keep a few of those tubs in the fridge too, Nef.  Sometimes the small chocolate mousse tubs too.

I have a busy life and don't have time to go to tons of trouble nightly to prepare dinner and dessert for 3 people so I tend to go for tasty, quick and easy.   As long as it is tasty that is all that matters but I will spend more time on weekends making more fiddly and unusual things.

What kind of desserts do you like Cods?  Do you like to fiddle and go to a lot of trouble or do you like quick and easy?

I used to make a diabetic chocolate mousse with dark chocolate and honey yoghurt.  It was creamy and nice and healthy too!

I saw Hester Blumenthal make a chocolate mousse on Masterchef last year with just dark chocolate whisked with water, of all things!  An odd combination that you wouldn't think would work but they raved about it.

I love desserts but never at home, just some freshly sliced fruit.
