Donate Blood

The title says it all, folks. If you are looking to do some extra good for the community, and want to do yourself some good, give blood. Giving blood helps save lives, and can help save yours. Think of it like an oil change for your car. Donating blood will help your body produce new blood cells, and keep you healthier longer.

Don't try and bs the public with, "I will only donate if they pay me" rubbish.

They had no problem accepting my donations previous. But, if I kept my mouth shut, I would still be donating to this day.
