Yeah, but 'Aussie',        ......compare their circumstance with those who have been charged with involvement [or for their 'support' of] in the attempted coup, in Turkey.

i.e.
WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE,         ......in Turkey, against the 10's of thousands who have been accused of complicity, in the attempted coup, in Turkey ?

France = = RULE OF SECULAR LAW [and under the scrutiny by every section of society in France]

Turkey = = INFLUENCE OF ISLAM

QUESTION;
Are those accused in Turkey, likely to have a fair hearing in an ISLAMIC court ?

"The punishment of those who......strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world..."
Koran 5.33

"Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City....whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy)."

Has anyone been charged?  The answer is......nah.  You'll at least get somewhere if someone is charged.  Until then, all this is wild schmedia and perhaps even 'DPP' posturing to the crowd who want to hear this prick did not act alone.

Gordon has owned you, yet again.

This will be interesting ... how so, Mr Ed?

go and have a chat with emma peel who thinks its funny people are fearful, with gandalf who thinks he's a lone wolf or with mothra who is probably calling deaking university to tell the ABC vetted expert he is an islamophobe  Wink Wink

Pity you don't understand English very well. My emoticon was a comment on your stupid analogy,  AND
it is not FUNNY to be fearful, but I think it is a waste of people's emotional health for people to fear these attacks, to the extent that they are almost sure THEY will suffer.

You have to get a grip people, because everyone of you who expresses their fear validates the actions of terrorists in the perpetrators own minds. You hand them immense satisfaction. I'd prefer that people handled this like the Brits did during the Blitz.

You are admitting they have you in the palms of their hands. Why give them that satisfaction.?  Sad

Yayyesss ozzywozzy.

We know the information to date is not sufficient to lock them up and throw away the key.
It is however enough to get a pretty good indication of  how it's heading and stimulate a debate between a  a few plebs in OzPol
But just in case you haven't noticed, OzPol isn't the supreme Court ofthe universe so the burden of proof to start a discussion doesn't need to be absolute.
I reallyhope this helps.

Prosecutor Francois Molins said the five suspects in custody
faced preliminary terrorism charges for their alleged roles
in helping 31-year-old Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel in the July 14 attack in the southern French city.

According to your logic, there is only one actual murderer so no need extend the investigation as doing so would be blame shifting.

I'd be interested in seeing where I said that.

So, hitherto, all reports say there was only one murderer, correct?

One operative drove the truck.
Several operatives provided finance and logistical support, if found guilty they will be given sentences equal to murder as they are equally culpable.

This little bit of help to clear things up for you is free.
Now get your head out of New Matilda.

So, hitherto, all reports say there was only one murderer, correct?

No, not correct.

Liar.

Only one murderer, so far.

The BBC is now reporting God's truck driver had five accomplices. That kind of shoots down the lone petty criminal excuse which has been touted in the media.

From all the reports I've seen and read, there was one person in the truck and he is responsible for 100% of the deaths.

Has that changed?

What they are trying to get into your thick head is that he was alone in the truck but he was NOT alone when planning the whole outrage.  Why is this so difficult for you to grasp?

http://www.news.com.au/world/europe/bastille-day-killer-mohamed-lahouaiej-bouhle...

I really can't believe there is anyone here who is so stupid or ignorant not to know what an accomplice or accessory is, especially Mr Peccerry.  There have been five others taken into custody, plus schmedia hype and speculation.....nothing concrete except......one murdering arsehole drove that truck.

End.

WHy does gwegwy insist on such idiocies? I bet he is typing his stupid posts with one hand.

I've never insisted that he had no accomplices.

Try to keep up.

The most important thing is that it now seems ALL of the operatives of this ISIS operation have been caught. Isn't that fabulous news? Do you think that's fabulous news?

Absolutely. Splendid news.

The police asked them if there was anyone else involved, and they said "no officer - it's just us lot".

It's a lucky thing that these alleged criminals are so honest, isn't it Gordy?
