To be a murderer you dont have to be the one committing the actual physical act, providing logistical support is enough to sustain a charge of murder, theres plenty of precedent for that. So if this guy had support from others who also intended people to die from their actions they  are all indeed murderers. I hope this clears that up.

I'm more than happy to be corrected, but hitherto all reports say there was only one murderer, correct?

You're logic is lacking, Greggy. It's ok, we all know your're doing your little pedantry dance.

Lets examine another scenario.

Person A hires person B to perform a contract killing.
Person B does the contract killing while person A is on holiday in Tahiti.

Person B is caught red handed at the scene, confesses and  spills the beans on person A and there is overwhelming evidence to corroborate it.

Person A goes to jail.

According to your logic, there is only one actual murderer so no need extend the investigation as doing so would be blame shifting.

I'd be interested in seeing where I said that.

One operative drove the truck.
Several operatives provided finance and logistical support, if found guilty they will be given sentences equal to murder as they are equally culpable.

This little bit of help to clear things up for you is free.
Now get your head out of New Matilda.

The most important thing is that it now seems ALL of the operatives of this ISIS operation have been caught. Isn't that fabulous news? Do you think that's fabulous news?

The BBC is now reporting God's truck driver had five accomplices. That kind of shoots down the lone petty criminal excuse which has been touted in the media.

From all the reports I've seen and read, there was one person in the truck and he is responsible for 100% of the deaths.

Has that changed?

What they are trying to get into your thick head is that he was alone in the truck but he was NOT  alone when planning the whole outrage.  Why is this so difficult for you to grasp?

I really can't believe there is anyone here who is so stupid or ignorant not to know what an accomplice or accessory is, especially Mr Peccerry.  There have been five others taken into custody, plus schmedia hype and speculation.....nothing concrete except......one murdering arsehole drove that truck.

End.

Has anyone been charged?  The answer is......nah.  You'll at least get somewhere if someone is charged.  Until then, all this is wild schmedia and perhaps even 'DPP' posturing to the crowd who want to hear this prick did not act alone.

Prosecutor Francois Molins said the five suspects in custody
faced preliminary terrorism charges for their alleged roles
in helping 31-year-old Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel in the July 14 attack in the southern French city.

And prosecutor Francois Molins said that he is going to call for sentences of harsh slapping on the wrists,        .....of all of those persons who are found guilty of being involved in this criminal conspiracy!!!!

No ?         Shocked

Notice these well chosen and deliberate words, Yadda?

Quote:

He did not say they had been charged.  He was being very cute and the usual parade of vvankers jump on the hook, as was intended.
