To the glorification of Welfare.

One is often amazed at the stupidity of the majority of “Mr & Mrs Average Aussie”. They are maybe the most generous of people and would bend over backwards to assist a battling Aussie.

An average Aussie's life is dependent on screwing the welfare system for as much as possible over the longest possible period. They will bitch like a banshee on heat when their welfare payment is reduced by 1 single dollar, (never stand between a welfare bludger and a bucket of money) but are stupid enough to donate 10 or 20 dollars to medical research.

The welfare recipient will waste hours in line at the Centrelink Office complaining bitterly that “this waiting is seriously impacting on their leisure time”. When, at last, they do see someone they are told “go away stop wasting their our time”.

For those fortunate to be amongst the ranks of the unemployed the idea of actually looking for work is totally abhorrent, foreign to their level of understanding that someone, a tax payer perhaps, has to pay for their worthless existence. Those unfortunate enough to be actually employed are those who are not entitled for welfare anyway nor have they the slightest interest, they would rather be in the pub or surfing.

The Federal Government donated more than a billion dollars to medical research last year. Then there are the medical research institutions who go on television pleading to the viewer GIVE, GIVE, GIVE as if we are a bottomless pit of money to be blackmailed into believing they will not be able to find a cure for this or that disease.

So how STUPID is the Aussie (1).
From where one sits they are as thick as two short planks. They are prepared to donate $100 or 200 because the TV advert makes them feel guilty with some cock and bull story about some person suffering an incurable disease. Then after the act of kindness they discover 90 percent of their donation has been spent on paying for the advert that suckered you in, brilliant!!! Is that stupid ?

So how STUPID is the Aussie (2).
On average a person would visit the doctor 5 times a year. Had the Senate passed the Abbott Governments $7 co-payment the patient would have forked out a massive $35 a year or the maximum ceiling, whatever that was. Here is the stupidity, they happily donate $100/200 for a Television advert but are NOT willing to pay $35 into a Government controlled medical research fund that would create a whopping $25 BILLION within 4 years, enough money for every medical research institute in the country, money that would NOT be spent on television adverts begging for money.

More rant from Juliar.  No need to make any rebuttals - no substance to debate with.

Has anyone else noticed how "juliar" makes so many posts during working hours then stops posting when others get home from work? Either "juliar" is the biggest bludger in the country or "juliar" is paid per post.

and so it continues

Cabinet snub for Tasmania a matter for Prime Minister not local party, Eric Abetz says

Senior Liberal powerbroker Eric Abetz wants the Prime Minister to explain why Tasmanians were overlooked for Cabinet positions, including David Bushby.

Former tourism minister Richard Colbeck was left out of the Prime Minister's new-look Cabinet announced on Monday afternoon, as counting continues to determine if he is re-elected.

Senator Colbeck was relegated down the Liberal Senate ticket in this month's election to what was considered a vulnerable spot.

Senator Abetz said Tasmanians holding the Senate presidency (Stephen Parry) and Whip (David Bushby) were expected to keep their positions.

He told 936 ABC Hobart the appointment of ministers was the sole prerogative of Malcolm Turnbull and rejected suggestions the party in Tasmania had questions to answer over Senator Colbeck's ticket demotion.

Not enough good Liberals were elected from Tasmania, obviously. With only about four Tasmanian Liberal MPs to choose from in both houses, the talent pool is pretty thin.

Ya see, this is where Turdfull will come unstuck.  Every backbencher, sitting post election on the barest margin and with a mission can now muscle Turdfull their way, if they get ALP support.

It's gonna be fun watching.

Turnbull is a weak leader leading a divided party.

Push for separate LNP party room in Canberra from Queensland senator Ian MacDonald

Sections of the Liberal National Party (LNP) who are unhappy with Queensland's representation in the Turnbull Government's ministry are aiming to send a message with an unlikely push for a separate party room in Canberra.

North Queensland-based Coalition senator Ian Macdonald wants Queensland MPs and senators to sit apart from the Liberal and National party rooms.

Although a motion at next month's state convention does not appear to have enough support to pass, and was also voted down at a recent state executive meeting, it is a sign of growing dissatisfaction after Queensland delivered 21 seats out of 30 for the Government at the election.

"Queensland has extraordinarily well for the Coalition and always does that but the significance Queensland makes to the national Coalition never seems to be reflected in the portfolios given to Queenslanders," Senator Macdonald said.

'paid per post' is the kind of thing a narrow-minded, rather dumb, ignorant twit would say.

Let the description fit.
