I don't agree with either side on this.
So far it is more likely that the Coalition will form a majority government than Labor.  We will just have to wait and see.
As for the Senate, the changes have made a change and at the next election the change will be more marked.  I don't see this Senate more fractured and harder to deal with than the last.  But we will have to wait and see what the final count reveals.
I suggest everyone just sit back and wait and see.

While it's good advice, it's unlikely people will heed it. It's too much fun to speculate.

To say this isn't going to be anything but a total disaster for Libtards is quite simply , fantasy.

Try not to cry too hard lefties.

I bet you wish you didn't start this thread last night given it now looks like Labor could well finish with more seats than the coalition. Grin

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT....be careful what you wish for.

No wishes from me. Thems the facts Codsy.
According to Casssiday on Insiders this morning that as of end of counting last night the coalition have dropped became to 70 seats Labor have 67 the Greens 1 and 4 to "others" with 8 in doubt and Labor ahead in 6 of those. If Labor stay ahead the coalition can not even form a minority government. I'd have thought you'd be happy about that given you claimed you wouldn't vote for them. Roll Eyes
You're either in denial or not real good at maths. I said last week a hung parliament was on the cards but I don't want to skyte. Cool
If it pans out like it sits at the moment that's a hung parliament with no one able to form government. Beeeeeeeuuutifulll.

Have Libs learnt to negotiate ? Or you still cant wrap your head around the fact that it wasn't the senate that was the problem ?

I would have preferred that either Labor or Liberal had
a large victory & that they controlled the Senate too.

We need to get this country back on the road to repair -
otherwise we'll end up like Greece.
The first sign would be losing our AAA credit rating.
