I made Pozole Sunday before last. Followed this recipe almost to the letter but did add twice the amount of hominy called for. It couldn't have been tastier:

I had no idea what Pozole was until I googled it.  It appears to be Mexican?  I like Mexican food so it must be pretty good   Smiley
