More Brexit fallout: UK knocked out of Euro 2016

The lads were probably disconsolate after GBP was slashed and bank shares fell ~30%.

UK is disintegrating.

Gee, those English/Scots/Celts have been doing trade deals for how long, 1,500 years, and now we are supposed to believe that they need unelected bureaucrats in Brussels to organise all their trade deals for them? Laughable. The fallout is temporary.

The UK has had three teams at Euro 2016 - England, Wales and Northern Ireland. One of them is still in it.

While I agree with Brexit, it is not reasonable to think that Britain will be able to get special treatment from other Commonwealth nations. Certainly they will be able to negotiate far better away from the EU bureaucracy, but they will still be competing equally with every other nation.

That's right, dear. Only twats think Scottland and Northern Ireland are important.

No Welsh fan would mention that their three goalscorers last night - Williams, Robson-Kanu and Vokes - are all English.

And England.

As for Scotland, this vote for UK independence has made Scottish independence less likely.

And why is Scottish and Northern Irish independence from the UK good but UK independence from the EU bad?

I don’t think it is, dear, but a minor correction: the EU is not a country.
