The EU will punish the UK for turning it's back on the union to show other nation what the consequences are for going it alone....The UK is now so divided and it has few friends in it's own region....This is another nail in the coffin of the British Empire!!!

They had given away their self rule and dignity.

Now they have taken it back.

I think it is interesting and exciting times!

I look forward to the outcome, which I don't think needs fearing!

The Brits will come out of this better off I feel!

The EU will need to take a hard look at itself and adjustments will have to be made with the Brits and the other current EU countries.

This may make for a better EU and Great Britain!

It remains to be seen if Britain has the sort of talented leadership and expertise that will see it succeed without being a provincial appendage of the EU.

"Be careful what you wish for" comes to mind in situations like this.

It's not good that nearly half the voters didn't want to see their ancestral homeland detach itself from the Socialist bureaucracy that runs the EU.
