Breastfeeding tends to make babies sleep because all they do is eat, sleep and shiit.

Oh duh!

And for the first 3 months that's ALL they do.

After that, babies get more interesting....they stay awake longer so that they can play etc.

Damn, now I'm getting clucky lol lmao  Grin

And do you think, as a woman who has spent 4 years breastfeeding that I am not annoyed by a woman who claims that breastfeeding is all about sleep inducement, therefore women and babies should be crowned upon for breastfeeding in public?

I don't know that it's something I would argue about. Breastfeeding tends to make babies sleep because all they do is eat, sleep and shiit. Filthy creatures.

Sometimes. You never can tell with the little leeches. One minute they're sucking the life out of your wife, the next playing all coy and asleep.

Anyway....long weekend's here.

We're grabbing all 4 kids and taking them down the coast for a great time.

Setanta, by all means do enjoy sitting here with 2 lonely bogan biddies who have no husband, no home, no nothing.

I'm off to enjoy some special time with my husband. Byeeeee.

Nahhh, not buying it.  Ever since you refused to post photos of the cars you were bragging about, and other forum people's comments who have known you from other forums, I conclude you be full of bullshit.

AlthoughLisa is talking about control feeding as opposed to demand feeding ... although I doubt she knows the difference.

Either way, a 2 month old isn't going back to sleep after breakfast.

Our newest addition is about 3 months now. No cat noises, baby noises... You can grab her attention and make her smile with a happy face and some meaningless noises.

edit: She likes faces.
