What I did right:

My Profile >> PM Preferences >> Confirm Password >> Enable Personal Message Popup (ticked yes) >> Save Changes (clicked yes).

What I did wrong:

Forgot to uncheck 'Check this option to ignore all PMs'.

But wait! Your PM must still be somewhere there with you ... the Sent file? Archive file? Yet to Send file?

Bugger.

My sincere apologies, Nicole. I know the disappointment - I've had scores of my posts disappear because I pressed the wrong button.

By way of paying retribution for my sins I'm going to type out a long pm to you and then deliberately click the Delete button.

Oh sh!t! I've hit the wrong button again!
