There we go - another atheist who wants to bring back the dark ages. We had a thread about stealing children from religious people a while back. Anyone remember the name of it?

Not sure about profits, but they do have a state run church, which the vast majority officially belong to. Oddly enough, they also have complete religious freedom, apparently.

All to true, Raven posted the very same link on page 1 and it's truly staggering that this is happening in what has been voted the best country to live 12 times.

Raven just struggles to believe the children were taken because of religious indoctrination.

76% of Norway is Christian and it is highly unlikely that this is the reason the children were taken.

That's true but majority of them are protestants. The Bodnariu family are Orthodox Christians.

I felt that SBS took the easy route ... there was a lot more worse cases they could have gotten into but didn't.

Although I'm not sure if that was SBS's choice or the people involved refused to be interviewed. Barnevernet is threatening to withhold the kids for longer if parents post on social media or comment to the media. Still, lets hope Barnevernet makes some changes and cleans up its act.
