Mirabella cut loose by Coalition in Indi

Sophie Mirabella losing out as Coalition gets behind Nationals Indi candidate

Two days ago Mirabella accused some in the Liberal party of destablising her campaign on the ABC’s 7.30.

“What do they say? If you want a friend in politics, get a dog … Let others be concerned about internecine affairs, I’ll worry about Indi,” Mirabella said.

Although she's always been on the outer within the liberal establishment, they probably didn't mind her running again until she self-imploded with that hospital howler. Not surprising at all that they changed tack after this.
