The CFMEU and five of its officials are accused of acting improperly by repeatedly trying to meet with Perth workers who did not want to speak with them.

Fair Work Building and Construction has begun proceedings in the Federal Court claiming that on five separate occasions between January 28 and February 22 CFMEU officials entered rooms at two BGC sites that were set aside for workers who did not want to attend union meetings.

The five officials were Peter Joshua, Douglas Heath, Troy Smart, Philip Kennedy and Brendan Kerkvliet.

It is further alleged that on one occasion, Mr Heath and Mr Kerkvliet began pushing management staff when they were told they did not have permission to enter other rooms.
