That's moveable by GDP denominator though.
How about all the taxable benefits that the ALP immediately attacked on us?
Private healthcare rebate, baby bonus, first homebuyer grant, superannuation relief just for starters..

I had to play voodoo magic with the tax return to keep them!

A rather flippant comment there, Mr Hicks.... are you related to Brigadier Hicks of the 1 ALB?

Libs cost us more.... making a pointless worthless statement like Hicks.

Missing your point ?

Australian Labor : Taking your money you earned to pay for something for someone you don't know who did precisely nothing to earn it.

Why would anyone vote for a party that costs them more money?

Then you go on to say

How about all the taxable benefits that the ALP immediately attacked on us?
Private healthcare rebate, baby bonus, first homebuyer grant, superannuation relief just for starters..

Are you having a whinge you're not getting as many freebies ?

It's not about freebies.
It's about the concept of paying your way.

If I pay my tax why should I see the ALP take away benefits to hand it to deadbeats and for me to be funding free healthcare to people who do bugger all and pay nothing in to get it.

Labor have ALWAYS taken from my family to give to their core electorate.

It's classic socialism - hand money to people who do little and take from people who earn it.

Why would I vote for that?

You've never been able to explain John why I should vote for a party that leaves me less well off and hands my money to people who pay in so little.

because you vote for the benefit and future of the country, not for your hip pocket. A concept that is so alien to you that it's pointless even mentioning it .

of course it is .. the govt. owes you nothing. That you expect tax back in the form of benefits to your hip pocket speaks volumes

That's how YOU vote maybe.
People can vote for whatever reason they like and many vote based on who benefits them.
Why do you think they pour benefits and enticements to swing electorates???
