found this image captured by a speed camera. Seeing as how there is nothing around that would cause him to come off other than the flash from the camera, does this guy have a case for suing the govt. for making him come off his bike?

By the way, if he wants to ride with no protective gear, he deserves all the road rash he gets.

If it was the flash that caused him to freak and over-break, the camera would have caught him still on two wheels before he reacted.

Red light cameras take 2 photos (so 2 flashes) but they're about half a second apart. Even if that was the case and the first flash freaked him I doubt he'd have reacted fast enough to get into that position by the second shot.

As I said, he was probably going pretty fast, noticed the camera at the last minute and either braked too hard or was unlucky and hit oil/gravel and slid thru the speed camera and got his photo taken.

I have actually witnessed more or less the same

A Saturday night (dark), a car went thru a set of lights quite quick and suddenly did a complete spin out of control ended up facing backwards on the three lane road.

Guess what! A speed camera van sitting in the centre of two way expressway about where he started the spinning.

The flash or handbrake panic who knows!

BAN ALL THESE ABO SITES RECOGNITIONS.

ALL AUSTRALIA IS FOR ALL AUSTRALIANS!

how long do you think a camera flash stays on for???

I find that a lot of motorcycle riders are just Dickheads these days... they think that the road is their on personal raceway... cutting in and out of traffic.. or if they go out to the country looking for twisty roads think that they are an F1 rider...

they are floggers.. Angry

and they are dying... 29 motorcycle deaths in February alone... I'm not sure if that's aust wide or just Victoria...
