Imagine someone silly enough to think they could get away with using a slogan that was specifically written to be a joke. The person saying this in the movie was meant to be saying something really stupid.

Morrison would inspire the masses. He's a can-do man who doesn't dither about, as he proved during his highly successful tenure as Immigration Minister and as Social Services Minister (which was all too brief to really make the same impact as he did in Immigration). If we had Morrison running for election as PM, he'd absolutely wipe the floor with Shorten and the polls would be much closer to 60/40 to the Coalition.

Morrison is all at sea in Treasury. After all the early bluster he's turned out be indecisive and completely lost on even the economic buzzwords. He's really just turned out to be a big pillow with the impression being the bloke who last sat on him.

Morrison is trying to work with one hand tied behind his back by that Nincompoop Turncoat...

Turncoat would be best to keep out of his way and let him do his job like Abbott did...

There is a deal of truth in what you say. However, treasury is a mighty step up from immigration and social services. So far, with the exception of his stand vis a vis company taxes he is uninspiring and dithering. He hasn't even come to terms with the terminology yet. He has much to learn but gives the impression that he already knows. He doesn't.

Morrison might have looked good against refugees with 'operational secrecy' to hide behind, but he can't hide in his role as treasurer ...
