not at all.  with the polls on 50/50 i expressed by belief the LNP would win - a belief most observers also held.  its one thing to call a coin-toss incorrectly, another to call a seat that is a comfortable LNP seat.

bulls1t ... you said Newman would win easily  Grin Grin Grin

find the quote, retard.  you also said Rudd would win against Abbott.

why try to change the topic you loser? ... you even went into hiding for 6 months after having your arse handed to you on a platter.  Grin Grin

No one is expecting labor to win this election after suffering the greatest defeat in the history of Australian elections. But the LNP is certainly set to face an absolute massacre, with very best case scenario emerging with a wafer thin majority of maybe 3 seats or so. There is also the very real possibility the Premier himself will lose his seat. Incumbent leaders always consolidate their hold in their own electorate as their profile increases. What happened to Newman? Why are things going so bad for him in Ashgrove? NSW libs are not facing nearly as much of a problem, and their majority was far less - and despite a massacre amongst its ranks courtesy of ICAC. So there is clearly something very much on the nose with the LNP up there. Sure you expect some electoral readjustment after last election, but not to the extent that we are now talking possible hung parliaments and  the Premier himself losing his seat.

You lot have nothing to crow about when it comes to Queensland LNP.

Latest Morgan Poll has Labor on 50.5%

http://roymorganresearch.cmail20.com/t/j-l-klhldud-uhdjhkgi-o/

{Oops}

Cue Longy dissing Morgan.

Newspoll this week had Turncoat on negative approvals. Negative!

the same morgan that has consitently been several points away from the majors. The same poll that tipped the 2013 election would be tight (it was a landslide)

newspoll however has it 51/49 to the Libs.

The polls are within MoE of each other, it could actually be 52:48 either way. But the Lib star is sinking and the Labor star is rising. And Abbott doing his whiteanting best and the extreme right are dictating policy to Turnbull: doing away with SafeSchools is not popular. The only Party releasing good policy is Labor.

The unions are going to mount a big campaign against restarting the stupid AABC and Bananaby is going to be busy in New England fighting off Joyce, not much time to help in other Nats electorates. Even Greens will suffer a backlash as voters see how DiFascist has been played by the Libs.

I can only see a reasonable win for Labor.

but then you think FTTN cabinets dont operate over 30degrees so who can take you seriously on anything?

Quote:
PRIME Minister Malcolm Turnbull faces the loss of two SA seats and high-profile minister Christopher Pyne would be fighting for survival if an election were held today, polling shows.

A new Roy Morgan survey reveals federal Labor’s support is stronger in SA than any other state, where Coalition backing has gone into free-fall since the 2013 election.

The poll records federal Labor’s SA support at 55.5 per cent, compared with the Coalition’s 44.5 per cent. It marks an almost 8 per cent swing to Labor in SA in the past three years.

Political experts attribute the result to anger over job losses linked to Holden’s closure, due next year, and rolling uncertainty over the future of the defence sector and submarine contract.

Premier Jay Weatherill has also indicated the outcome of tense negotiations over the future of the Whyalla steelworks, which Mr Pyne has ministerial responsibility for, could cast a long shadow over the campaign.

http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/south-australia/federal-liberal-support-drops...

With the talking clothes dummy Mr X also running candidates the Libs will lose more than 2 seats in SA! Means they cannot afford to lose too many in the other states

show proof. you wont of course, but how about you show a case of a cabinet failing BECAUSE OF HEAT and not a mechanical or electrical failure.

Mechanical or electrical failure of brand new node cabinets? You serious?

Ask the people of Walkerville how well their FTTN worked in hot weather. Down for over a day. Turncoat should not have over ridden experienced engineers and selected small cabinets for political reasons. Then again, nowhere else in the world has an idiot bought a crappy, end-of-life copper network to run FTTN over it. This is lunacy never seen before!

No wonder Lib support is declining as are Turncoat’s approvals.
