Part of preparing a child to one day live as an adult in the West's complex societies is the need for him or her to learn 'balance' from two role models in the family home - a mother and father. (Aquascoot will fill in the details).   

I'm sure you would do a sterling job of raising your kid/s to the best of your ability, but the kids would be raised under the handicap of not having a mum and dad.

And then the kids would suffer sniggering and bullying amongst their peers in the school and neighbourhood - driving them to become loners with thoughts of suicide.

It just isn't fair that these small children become novelty household pets to gay couples like Elton John and his boyfriend.
