Trump's new top political strategist, Paul Manafort, a veteran of many campaigns, predicts that sometime in June it will become clear that he has the necessary 1237 delegates tied up.
He says that Cruz' best results are over now and I'd agree with that - there are no more cowboy states of consequence.

But has he figured out how to allow for Donald's mouth in his numbers.
However, this guy knows his business and maybe he's right.
Just when Emma Peel thought it was safe to come out again.

PS the NYTimes is also now saying the numbers could add for Trump.

But I refer you to the NY times, no friend of Trump, who are saying much the same. It's certainly true that Cruz can't go much further with delegates unless he manages to steal them.
A look at the polls for NY PA CA and the north east generally is clear about that.
