If he wants to, he will. I believe he probably will.

There are no laws in the US Constitution, like with health reports, requiring him to disclose. The IRS has full access to them, but they are not for publication unless agreed to.

He's on record as saying that if Hillary releases her undisclosed 15,000 emails originally subpenaed by the FBI, he will disclose his tax returns.....until then it's private information.....the emails on the other hand are not private because they have already been subpenaed, & actually belong to the American People (all documents created while she was Secretary of State.....employed by the People.... belong to the American People).

That's old news.....since that statement you quote was actually made....not published, the IRS contacted Trump & told him he is free to release his returns, it wouldn't have any effect on their audit.....based on that the Donald said he'd be willing to release his tax returns immediately....

....here's the quid pro quo

if Hillary releases
her 30,000+ personal emails she has, which actually no longer belong to her.

Trump is under no legal requirement whatsoever to provide his tax returns to anyone (except the IRS who already has them)....never has been, never will be, but he is willing to do so immediately if Hillary honors his simple request by releasing those specific (personal) emails she has.

The 'Tables are Turned'.....Clinton, for a change, will have to pay to play on this one.....if she wants release of his tax returns, she has to publicly release her emails.

That's a fair trade off to me. No?
