Yes, but I wasn't quoting that, I was quoting the statement that to date no investigation has ever proven that the person named, or alluded to for that matter, the plaintiff in the court documents..........actually exists.

It should be noted, In the United States, any person can walk into any court & submit a lawsuit in behalf of an anonymous person.

To date, not even Meagher, the attorney of record, has ever seen the plaintiff, & that plaintiff to this day, still remains unknown to the court.

The so called 'plaintiff' is looking for a total of $75,000 in damages..... Pocket Chump Change.

Well pussy, as I understand it, this allegation was made in another time. It was thrown out as technically, paperwork was incorrectly prepared.

Nothing to do with the actual case, just a technicality. Good lawyers do that sort of thing all the time, despite the merits of the case.

AND NOW? All this about Jane Doe not existing, is more such obfuscation. Anybody can understand, given the state of law enforcement in the States, why a complainant might choose to try and remain as anonymous as possible, for as long as possible, given the profile of the respondent.
