That is to which the professionally unemployed aspire.

More of a question of accuracy, Senator. My understanding is Howard brought 'work choices' to the 2007 election and failed. In as much there wasn't a 'work choices' era. Could you correct me if i'm mistaken, please.

You are very much mistaken.

2006 to 2009 is the WorkChoices era.

27 March 2006 to 1 July 2009, to be precise.

so it expired 7 years and 3 governments ago.

your point - assuming you even have one?

No it didn't.

Enterprise agreements made under workchoices had an expiry date of December 2013.

How is that relevant? Let me see. You started your thread with the title 'work choice era' as a direct stab at the conservatives even though there was seven years of  Labor between 2006 and 2016. BTW, it was Keating who first talked about individual bargaining way back in the late '80s. Oh, never mind.

Try to pay attention, for once in your life.

Homo asked me what the WorkChoices era was.

So, I told him.

I was simply answering a question.

What part of that don't you understand?

No.

I started this thread as a direct stab at dodgy employers.

You'll notice that I labelled my reference "Dodgy employer".

I made no mention whatsoever of conservatives.

You really should pay attention.
