In New South Wales, Aborigines and their dependants are exempt from prohibitions against taking fauna in wildlife districts, wildlife refuges, wildlife management areas, conservation areas, wilderness areas and areas the subject of a wilderness protection agreement and from taking or killing protected fauna (but excluding endangered fauna) anywhere in the State for domestic purp~ses

Doesn't this all go back to a post about how aborigines can hunt ducks all year (for domestic purposes) and white people can't? So do aborigines have more hunting rights than white people in Australia or not? Just answer it. You know the answer. It's a resounding yes in all states. Move along and take your fine print with you.

Under Commonwealth law aboriginal people are not subject to conservation laws unless those laws are expressly stated to apply to them

How many abos are there in Tasmania or Victoria not counting the white people pretending to be abos, did Mundine say there are no abos in Tasmania, does Vic have the lowest population of Abos how does it rate for size against other states?
