Neocon economics brought the USA down, $17Trn debt.

Here the neocons are building thoroughly to a $1Trn debt.

Some STILL believe the trickle down lie? Wow!

No indoctrination here. If you want to find the forum regular who is most prone to indoctrination, look in a mirror.

Rather than use cheesy photos, how about you make the claim that the average worker is WORSE OFF in the 30 years since that statement. Then WE can laugh at you as per the photo.

Hows the FTTN nodes going since YOU claim they cannot work in temperatures over 30 degrees?

Hows the $30B database claim working out?

Casualisation of the Australian workforce is rising, permanent full-time jobs are getting scarce. Millions of Australians don't have work that's stable enough to get a bank loan, far more than 30 years ago, both in absolute numbers and as a percentage of the work force.

Trickle down is a MYTH.

Really?

So why is it that when business is booming, wages grow, unemployment declines, tax revenues that pay for the pensioners, public services and the down trodden ones, go up?

Huh

How about you quote ACTUAL FIGURES, because unemployment is far lower than back in the 70s and house ownership is still the highest in the world. Permanent jobs getting scarce? WHAT RUBBISH! The 'job for life' has certainly gone, but thats no loss to a worker with any skills.

I do love the silly statement that less people are getting bank loans now IN ABSOLUTE NUMBERS than 30 years ago.

You are your own worst enemy with foolishness like that.

And when the 'evil mining companies' and other big business are not doing well (like now) suddenly there are less jobs, less pay rises and deficit budgets?

'trickle down' is the basic principle of the mixed capitalist-socialist economy. If it were not so, you would be on the street begging instead of living on welfare paid by actual workers.

$20Bn audit was what I said. If you ever read anything you would know addresses have been found to be wrong, copper has had to be (cheaply) remediated etc. So this is on course.

The node cabinets have heat exchangers in them which cannot cope with temperatures over 30°C. Several have already failed—Walkerville for one.

A cut price FTTH may be on the cards, using a simpler topology (not loops) and a thinner cable.

This is a boom-bust economy!

Primary Industry concentrates wealth: did you not do year 11 economics?
