Wow, rarely do I see such a vast vista of ignominious ignorance!

Trickle down, in its Reagonistic retardation and geriatric g out thosenius:

1. Really rich barstards get big tax cuts
(1.1. RRB put their tax savings in tax havens)

2. The tax cuts to the really, really like seriously rich trickle down to the middle and working classes.

Yeah, big joke, eh? Tax savings are put into tax havens, not trickling down to middle & working classes)

Going back to the original thread ...

so after libs took government and WA economy tanked a bit, the fact it might be "back on track" - does that mean libs are fixing their mistakes?  If so that is great news - it shows libs are capable of learning - because sometimes i think they are somewhere between apes and the stone age.

tut tut tut....just the usual politics of envy argument.....very disappointing Monk.

....so 'trickle down' is really just a derogatory term used by neo-Marxists to describe a version of Laissez-faire capitalism or supply side economics?

No surprise that you and the resident comrades recoil in apoplectic rage at its mere mention, despite having sucked off its tit your entire lives.... Cheesy  Cheesy

By the way, Swag, perhaps we can make good savings if all sides of politics stop fleecing the taxpayers.

By the way that includes liberals.  Or do you think libs aren't doing that?  Why don't you head over to the lib corruption thread and throw your support for anti-corruption?  Or are you that blind that you think it doesn't happen from libs?

They do indeed.  But they are the lesser of two weevils in a 2 party system IMO......

.....it's individuals that are corrupt...not political parties.  I'm sure all parties have their share of eff-wits.

Oh I know what it is and how it works alright, just not the same way that you do.  Probably because we went to different schools together.

Poor old Swag isn’t too bright. Just doesn’t get the concept of “trickle down.”

Then again, did I really expect Swag to get it? Not really.

...

I guess it's not really trickle down......it's more of an enslavement and confiscation of income to appease the masters

Oh dear....Swag tried to support his libs again but can't demonstrate his supposedly high standards as a human.

You pointed out individuals but in many if not all posts regarding unions you call them corrupt rather than the individuals.  Fail.

Must have been hard for you to even allude that that there are corrupt libs, since i don't see you make an explicit statement.

It's fine.  As long as the average sheep who reads the threads can see how it all balances out.

Did I call Unions "corrupt"?  You must post a link for that one?

I thought it would have been more like 'criminal gangsters', or 'intimidatory mob of deadbeats', or 'bullying thugs', or 'brainless cretins' or 'pinko terrorists' or 'collectivist flunkies' or 'economy killers'......."corrupt"? seems a bit tame... Cheesy

Yeah I saw somewhere where some bloke resigned the highest office in the State for not declaring a bottle of champers?

Thank you Swag for your weak attempt to address corruption.  I can see why you stick to your whacky statements mostly.  Oh well.  I look forward to your standard one-liners like the sun coming from the east.
