You'd lose your pounds. I will give Mr Hicks that credit, no worries at all, and well done him for that. He does read my PMs as I read his. It is only the very delicate flower perceptions_now who does not like having things reported to him. He'd much rather just move Threads around. He enjoys that. Great, innit? The outcome of that is ~ the burden of moderation is increased on the bloke doing his job, while others don't by quarantining themselves either by cutting off PM or simply saying......like other GMods...."I'm not doing the job any more, but I still want the car park beside the first tee."

Where is Annie Anthrax......where is Mozzoak?? What does Gandalf do?

Mr Hicks is up front and on duty, and he is carrying the load almost single handedly, and I know it. OzPol needs GMods who will be here and do the job.

No, I do not want it at all.

Not me. If I see a gross breach of the 'no abuse' Rule, I send a complaint to Mr Hicks whether he is here or not. The GMod problem is that Mr Hicks is the only one doing his job, regularly. I often disagree with his call, but I have to suck that up. At least, he is doing it, unlike others who are never here. Why ought the other GMods get away not doing the job, thus leaving the load for just one GMod.....Mr Hicks? That is just rubbish and unfair on us all, but especially Mr Hicks. He is doing it single handed (I reckon he gets it wrong more than he gets it right..........but he is doing his job) and the rest of them ought be sacked, and replaced.

And again.......to make it very clear. I do not want the job and I would not accept it if FD offered it as things are.
