I said "We have countries as well as numerous states in the USA where prohibited drugs here are legal"
Sprint has pointed to at least two countries and I have provided evidence of the numerous states if you're too f.... Stupid to comprehend that get a five year old to explain it to you.

Hi Aussie - from memory, The Netherlands has decriminilised heroin.
Portugal has decriminilised almost all drugs.
I could well be wrong. But take it as a starting point.
In holland, the 'appeal' of smack has reduced, new addiction rates are almost 0.
Old addict are given free smack by the govt. So they no longer commit crimes to fund their addiction.
Many of them are now bored with their lives as there is 'nothing to do.'
In Portugal, drug usage is dropping. Harm is reduced.
Courts are not jammed with pot smokers and the like.
It's better for society overall. It's not a complete success in every aspect, but it is an improvement.
Drugs are still restricted and allowable quantities are limited to a few days supply.
Again, I could be wrong, but take it as a starting point.
