I mean I agree with this, I mean he'd only won two premierships, 3 Sydney B and Fs, 4 times All-Australian, 2 times Brownlow medal winner. He really needed to improve his game.

When we are not progressing in life, if we fall into low consciousness, we can easily become depressed and emotional.
it doesnt really matter what baseline you are coming from, Improvement and Progress are still important.

So (and this is a key concept of the Power of Now) you have to be grounded in the present moment.
What happened yesterday will never sustain you.
truly, no man can ever "rest on his laurels ' and be happy.
Adam seems a bit down, and i suspect he will need to come to this realisation and look for the next area of his life in which he can create and contribute energy and not be needy and taking energy.

Our job as men is to remain grounded and focused.
This is Adams job as well.
A grown man, an alpha amongst alphas, should not be moved AT ALL by the emotional outburst of a 12 yo girl.

He wont do it against Collingwood so their only option is a soft one - a lap (but not of honour) at a game where he is less likely to be booed. I hope he gets a big boo from a lot of the crowd.
