Fantastic Armie, I hope your concern for these trees will spill over to the ones that are to be chopped down. Maybe you could chain yourself to one?

I don't see you crying over the trees chopped down to make way for your house or those that form the frame and trusses.

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

or the ones chopped down to make the roads he travels on..

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

spray painting trees is an act of high emotions and reveals a chaotic mind.
the greens really are such a party of low consciousness and animalistic behaviour.
i would liken this to a dog or cat spraying its territory.

the greens should be a party of peace and tranquility.
they should be a party of really chilled out , grounded and practical individuals.

these figs have massively deep root systems and thats how a centred, deep thinking, high consciousness individual should be. he should have his own roots going deep deep into the earth. he should be rock solid, confident, strong, centred and highly awake and aware.

the greens are more like a sunflower then a 150 year old fig.
they have shallow roots, they sway which ever way the wind blows, they will be flattened by any adversity, they  have no core, no depth, they are shallow, they are really just a fodder to be ground up and fed to the pigs.
their whole existence is meaningless as there is no basis for it other then a temporary stimulation of the senses

Have you evidence, the spray painters were Australian Greens members?

They could of been conservative voters ... with a conscious.
Ha ha ... even I couldn't keep a straight face over that one !!!

Of course they were, they were 60years old and high.

Did you search all their wallets to draw that conclusion ... or are you lying again ?

the greens dont spend enough time in nature.
they spend too much time in sterile inner city apartments

horses moved to the city and kept in sterile, inner city stables (say at randwick racecourse) eventually go a bit crazy.

maybe this is what has happened to the greens ,
they need to go on a good bushwalk and reconnect with nature.

SHY looks like she might fall down a cliff face though, she should start off with some tai chi in her local park.

More false claims rather than defending your original claim.

And you won't. I am not a greenie. I am just highlighting your hypocrisy in lecturing the greens when your mob are the worst enviromental vandals ever.

I'm stereotyping. Geez, you're becoming more like armpit every day.  When have I lied?

You guys ?
Local residents are not exclusively Greens members .

Think it's creative writing by the Daily Terror ... reading the article, it's using high pressure hoses could damage trees in the short term.

I don't think anyone would do hand prints with oil base paint ... so I would guess it's acrylic paint.

A bit of modern paint hurting a fig tree sounds like rubbish to me.  Why type of paint could you use ?

If it's an oil-based paint, it would be highly toxic to trees. Even water-based paint is going to be mildly toxic.

If it's an oil-based paint

Why would they use a paint that costs twice as much with no benefits and several draw backs ?

I think a bit of paint on a tree would make no difference to it.

I get some on me, no hospital time needed.

Looks like it could even be natural ochre like the Aboriginals used.

Yes that is my view I think the story has been significantly embellished - they made a story where there wasn't one.
