its the COMPULSORY REC DAYS red...they get two a QTR....very handy when a public holiday falls on a Thursday or Tuesday.

I thought it was called FLEXITIME, where you stay a bit longer than standard hours at work each day to build up a credit so you can take a day off every now and then.

I would say exactly wrong or they would be pushing for triple time on Public Holidays and double and a half for Sundays.

One of the main drivers for removing penalty rates is that conservatives almost never work them.
