When you have made an error of fact, and that is pointed out to you several times and you keep making the same error of fact...and a final attempt to correct it is made, you yell out 'you bully,' and play victim. You could avoid it all with a simple "Oops, stuffed up.' Not you....you regard that as some sort of submission when it is actually a due admission. A very good example is in the Baden-Clay Thread. Alinta made a post and I replied something along the lines of (Technically, that is incorrect, Alinta.) She immediately conceded the technicality because she realised what she had said was technically incorrect. That matter then disappeared and the discussion moved on.

Did you report this alleged bullying as abuse to a GMOd, cods?

There is a huge difference between asking "several times" and haranguing, harassing, badgering and dogging people, which is what you do. You act like a stand over man and it is totally inappropriate.

Not at all. I was not giving an opinion. I expressed a statement of legal fact. Alinta (who obviously has some current legal background ~ student I think she posted) realised that, and acknowledged the Law, not me. I was just the messenger.

Well, you now have learned that mostly always, there is a background to points I make which I can substantiate with evidence, not broad brush abusive slurs of the kind you just posted.
