OMG

This cannot be true

Gillard attacked Abbott for sexism and misogyny - therefore Labor is free of sexism and misogyny

Surely Gillard would have eradicate sexism and misogyny in the Labor party before she could feel morally just for attacking Abbott

Gillard's justified attack on Abbott was a response to him lecturing her on the topic, it had nothing to do with the overall position of either Labor or the Liberals.

Nobody in Australian politics had a worse long term record on holding a sexist position and being a serial offender for making sexist comments than Mr Abbott.

I think at last count he held 7 or 8 Ernies, fairly certain that is more than anyone else - ever.

Define what you consider sexist, cods.

\
thats amazing....I have never ever found Abbott to be insensitive enough to be sexist??..

I am not saying he isnt.,. just if you can give me some links it would help.......

I cant imagine his family all girls letting him get away with it to be honest..

but lets have a look see... as I will not condone any of that thats for sure.

This year Tony Picked up 2 more awards - the repeat offender shared with Mark Latham and he won the political category as minister for woman claiming his biggest success was removing the carbon tax.

Tony Abbott for saying paid maternity leave would happen over his dead body

Tony Abbott named "repeal of the carbon tax" as his biggest achievement as minister for women.

So I guess the promise to keep the one night stand quiet is blown out the window...

Politics and sex - who would have thunk it.

By the way, Gillard's misogyny speech neither acknowledged or denied her own parties equality issues/flaws. It merely highlighted Abbott's own very clear flaws in attitude and the tacet and open support those views get from his wider party...

Of course Labor has it's own problems with gender equality - if you didn't realise that, you no doubt think the Liberal party doesn't...

of course ICAC cannot find them guilty, only a court of law can. I said ICAC caught them, what the courts do with them now is irrelevant.
