That's not to say that all people of a given culture behave the same way but you cannot compare a Muslim from say Malaysia to one from Saudi Arabia. Or a Christian from Sudan with one from Australia.

In most juristictions, rape means penetration. In NSW, the charge is sexual assault. "Fondling" is called indecent assault. Rape is not listed in the criminal code in NSW anymore.

I’m unsure about the legislation in Queensland, but the crime of rape in most English-speaking juristictions means anal or vaginal penetration.
