Not necessarily.Fight, fright and freeze. It's more than a little bit possible that the girls just went into shock.

8 girls? against a puwny little paki? Maybe, but I doubt it.

Well......I just cannot imagine a penis is involved........how would the alleged victims know what pointy part of his anatomy came into contact with female bits? So, it will boil down to some groping in the boob area and touching and some allegation that two touches were an attempt at digital penetration of a vulva/vagina/anus.
