they aren't even claiming that .... the claim is 'The Geelong man, who was born in Pakistan, allegedly attempted to touch two females through their bikini bottoms and sexually assaulted another six'.

ohh, and another interesting fact which may or may not mean anything , all 8 of the victims were known to each other it is claimed that they had spoken together BEFORE reporting it to the police. There were no independent witnesses.

Again, a miracle (but not impossible) considering how crowded the beach was. Surely the first girl would have yelled out long before he got to the 8th if someone had tried to 'rape' her?
