There is no other explanation that I can see. Feel free to wait for more info but I think the article has enough info to read what he is alleged to have done.

So.....no-one knows yet, and despite that, the lynch mob are out for Mr Smith because that is how he has been debating the issue......we do not know. Others are doing the usual maximisation of drama and, yet it could boil down to a boob grope, a touch on the bum or perhaps some fingers around the area of the swim suit which was worn over two separate vaginas.

11 young women know. Do you think it's a conspiracy against him by unrelated women? It could be but what are the chances? I'm not here to defend JS or support him, I think he can do that himself but his playing down of the fact that 11 women reported the same guy, on a beach of how many? Like I said, I don't like his chances. I understand he was trying to head off a lynch mob but I think he's picked the wrong platform this time.

Tell the forum what you base this statement on. The police have charged him with attempted rape, what information do you have that the police dont?

Common sense .... He wasn't on a secluded section of beach out in whoop whoop. He was on a crowded public beach, swimming between the flags under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards, parents and boyfriends of the girls. Not sure how you think it happens but I find it unlikely he raped any girl without getting the crap beat out of him, let alone two.

Do youn have learning difficulties? You have been told a number of times now that the charges are "attempted rape" not rape? I ask again, what information are you in posesssion of that tells you that these offences did not occur? are you claiming the police deliberately fabricated these charges? Are you claiming that the young women involved lied? Exactly what , other than a "feeling" that he did not commit these offences?

attempted rape or otherwise, doesn't change a thing. Unless you're telling me that if you saw someone merely 'attempting' to rape your daughter, girlfriend, or the girl next door, you wouldn't beat him up because he hadn't raped her yet? Grin

I gave my opinion that the charges of rape will be dropped. The other charges will remain. If Ian wants facts he'll have to wait for the court case to finish. Don't ask me to explain the perps reason, I have no idea why he did or didn't do anything. I do however have some idea on what a few hundred fathers boyfriends and other observers might do to someone in their vicinity if the claims were true. I just don't find it credible that he 'attempted to rape' two girls on one of the countries most popular beaches with thousands of bystanders and no one intervened.

I'm not sure why everyone finds it so improbable that a girl or girls that he grabbed would claim he tried to stick his finger in, even if he didn't? It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Did it really happen, I don't know. Then again, neither does anyone else.

Don't tell them that though, they'll just claim you support rapists Cheesy

What do you want Aussie? Why did he come into contact with so many women, indecently allegedly, and no males while being buffeted by the surf? Why did he not cry for help if he was in trouble? Why did he not leave the water after the first one? You want definites when the only definites are 11 women, 8 of them 15, allege he touched them up in surf they could handle but an 18yo male could not. Surely if you want our credulity, it demands you answer a few questions. You may of course go with mass hysteria at seeing a Pakistani in the water with them.

I never denied he was touching up females. I'm pretty sure he's guilty of that just based on the number of complaints made against him and his pathetic excuses. Its the charges of attempted rape that I question.
