This has taken me over an hour and a half to research and prepare, and it was not time spent to vindicate this Thread or to demean cods…but these are the facts and they may assist cods and others to understand the level of frustration some might experience when one is wrestling with custard.

"A few days ago" says cods. Nah cods, it goes back to the 12th December, 2015, a month. The post # refer to this Thread:

Extraordinary.

It really is.

And I'm not trying to demean cods either.

The media must shoulder some of the blame.

People watch garbage like ACA and 60 Minutes and get sucked right in.

Those ridiculous phrases like "faceless men" get thrown about so much, that the average punter begins to believe them.

I don't watch those shows, obviously, but I'm assuming that they've been using the "faceless men" line in regards to the QLD Appeal Court.

If they say it often enough, people start to believe that crap.

And that's all they ever broadcast: crap.

I was willing to give cods the benefit of the doubt, and that's why I started this thread.

So, now that we all know that they aren't "faceless men", perhaps we can move on in the hope that we never hear that ridiculous phrase again.

And, we can all acknowledge that a woman was involved in the decision.

A very impressive woman, by the way.

Check out her CV: quite remarkable.

cods would actually like her.

Another very important aspect of it is this, and it is why I took issue with her on the matter. As I was reading again that entire and long Thread, cods makes many references to misogyny implying that the Appeal Court was swayed because it was comprised of all males with an anti female pro male bias.

Yet, the most basic facts just do not support the contention, and probably suggests a large degree of misandry on her part.
