This so enrages me, even more than Cologne perhaps, that I have to fight hard to keep control of my language:

The father of a 16 year old girl pleads with an Austrian Governor and Police to protect his daughter in a powerful letter that describes the everyday fear young women have of migrants.

“My daughter is 16 and is afraid when she needs to use the Linz train station in the evening, we have now had to form a carpool with other parents,” writes the father whose name is Franz according to the paper. According to Kronen Zeitung the man sent a letter to the Governor of the Austrian province of Upper Austria explaining the extreme fear his daughter has of the train station because of the migrant men who hang out there every day.

“Our daughter is learning to be a hairdresser in Linz. She must regularly go through the station in the evening. She told us that she’s scared because on her way many young foreign lads are there,” Franz wrote in his letter. After the Cologne attacks on New Year’s Eve some train stations are reported to have become a den for migrants who routinely sexually assault young girls.

The letter continues: “My wife and I took a look at what is happening on the ground, went to Linz and the same way as our daughter and we have to say that she has not exaggerated, it was unfortunately worse than imagined,” adding, “even though we were there for three quarters of an hour, we heard no police and saw no police presence. I’ve asked around, supposedly there are not enough officers. After 8pm only five police officers were there. In a country like Austria, it is not acceptable, that our children have to be in fear on the way to work and back home.”

Kronen Zeitung investigated the security of the station and also found it to be incredibly lax. Though there are police and security, there are clearly not enough since the various groups of migrant men continue their behaviour with little or no consequences. It is primarily North African migrants like the ones in Cologne and in Stockholm that are said to be the ones carrying out the harassment and sexual assaults that happen daily.

Even the next door parking garage has become a drug dealing location with migrant drug dealers not caring about security cameras that were recently installed.

OBB, the Austrian state owned railway gave a statement saying: “Especially on the late night trains there are always passengers that ask our security to accompany them on the platform because they are so afraid.”

So far there has been no direct reply from the Governor of Upper Austria, Josef Pühringer, who belongs to the conservative Austria Peoples Party (OVP). The governor has previously taken a hard line against north African migrants, telling Austria’s ORF that he wants to see the Federal Government start immediate talks with North African countries to deport troublemakers as soon as possible.

However, the European Human Rights court may block such actions even if such migrants have links to the Islamic State, as Breitbart London reported was the case in Ireland last month.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My guess is the elites so despise and fear their own countrymen that they are even prepared to favour those who invade their countries.ii

Norwegian Army Chief Odin Johannessen warns that European countries must be reading and willing to fight against radical Islam in order to preserve the values that unite the continent.

“I think we must be ready to fight, both with words, actions – and if necessary weapons – to preserve the country and the values we have in common,” Johannessen said in a speech to the Oslo Military Society on Monday.

Citing the Islamist attacks in Paris, Johannessen said that, “Europe can no longer expect to live in peace and security, without having to defend its interests and values.”

The military chief went on to insist that well trained and adequately equipped soldiers would be crucial.

“You can not win wars without having people on the ground,” he asserted.
Johannessen’s remarks mirror similar sentiments expressed by other military officials in Europe.

In an internal document uncovered last week, the chief of the Swedish army General Anders Brännström ordered his troops to prepare for a war in Europe against skilled opponents “within a few years”.

“The global environment we are experiencing which is also demonstrated by strategic decisions [taken by politicians] leads us to the conclusion we could be at war within a few years,” wrote Brännström.

Back in December, Swiss army chief André Blattmann warned that the risk of social unrest in Europe was intensifying and that citizens should arm themselves.

“The threat of terror is rising, hybrid wars are being fought around the globe; the economic outlook is gloomy and the resulting migration flows of displaced persons and refugees have assumed unforeseen dimensions,” said Blattmann.

Top security experts in Germany also told Chancellor Angela Merkel last October that the middle class was becoming “radicalized” as a result of her open borders migrant policy and that domestic disorder could ensue as a result.

Sales of firearms and other weaponry have been surging in countries like Germany and Austria as reports of violent attacks being perpetrated by migrants continue to increase.

Meanwhile, in France, security forces have been making preparations for mass civil unrest and radicalized immigrants taking over entire neighborhoods.

The French Army is making contingency plans for the “reappropriation of national territory,” winning back areas of cities, in the event of immigrant populations obtaining weapons and becoming openly hostile to authorities

And France has said they never voted or agreed to this situation.

There is a limit to how far Germany can impose its will on Europe as it found out 70 years ago.

Wonderful news, bogarde. The Fight Back has begun. Jesus is casting out the money-changers from the temple, so to speak.

I've decided to start on a course of Blackmore's vitamins, proteins, and minerals tablets in the hope of extending my life so I will be able to travel to Europe and Scandinavia to witness the firing squad executions of the scores of politicians who for so many decades have been betraying their own people and nationhood.

There will be 'holiday packages' prepared for us by the Travel Agencies to enable us to witness these worthy occasions when the swine will be terminated for their treachery.

Herb, are you suggesting a new round of war trials?

My local Virgin Budget Airlines is already advertising cheap air-fares to Amsterdam from where holiday groups will board a luxury river cruiser for a two-week trip down the Maas and Danube rivers - stopping here and there along the way to participate in firing squad executions of traitorous politicians of the past few decades.

Cool

PS. The Nuremberg Trials. I'm always saddened by the mention of it, not just because of the murderous swine who were brought to justice there, but because I read every one of Airey Neave's books, including the one about the Nuremberg Trials ... only to later learn that he had been assassinated by the IRA in later years.

I had Abu Ghraib in mind, where abattoir hooks are set into the ceilings of rooms where there are no windows. Or perhaps Guantanamo Bay where certain ... er ... facilities are available in the basements where the walls and oak doors are so thick that the sounds of screams can't be heard in the corridors ...  Cool

guantanomo is a neccessary part of training.
we should use all other techniques first
we should only turn up the heat when our lessons are not sinking in.

but the absolute worst thing you can do with a horse or a human , is to start a lesson with a result in mind and then QUIT before you get the result.

it only makes it harder to get the outcome the next time.

if you decide that an outcome is neccessary, then you turn up the heat until you get it.

if you have to go full thermonuclear attack to get it, then you do that.

look how the west now have no leverage over putin.
they quit the training and now he just gets stronger and stronger because he "knows" they are quitters.

used correctly places like gauntanomo reduce the need for places like guantonomo.

used correctly places like manus island reduce the need for places like manus island.

the trick is to NEVER QUIT when you know you are on the right path.

Precisely, Aquascoot.

So what we'll do is what the North Vietnamese did after they won the war against the South :- They placed thousands of key players who fought for the South into 'Education Camps' in the countrysides where their screams could only be heard by the water buffaloes and the geese.

It worked a treat.

With a little pressure here, and a little pressure there -  (something like 'chiropractic manipulation' on certain sensitive parts of the body) - a whole new attitude was encouraged to become the new mindset of these one-time anti-communist dissidents.

For their own good, of course. Nothing personal.  Cool

Precisely.

That's why every Muslim living in the West has the potential to develop into a violent jihadist ... or if not themselves, then their children, or their children's children, and so on and so forth - precisely because generation after generation they subscribe to the Islamic religion .. and generation after generation it's a toss of the dice how the next generation will turn out to be: a Muslim of The House of Peace, or a Muslim of the House of War.

The Western-based parents of every throat-cutting jihadist nutter has gone on record as lamenting ... "Oooohhhh No! ... We brought him up correctly ... We don't know how he/she turned out to be like this .... Oh Me! Oh My!"

These lamentations don't help the victims of Islamic violence.

Another woman who lost her head somewhere . . .Huffington:

Mainstream media outlets have been blasted for peddling “total nonsense” today as left-wing newspapers coalesced to claim with one voice that “only three” of the suspects involved in Cologne’s mass migrant rape on New Year’s Eve were recent migrants or refugees.
Screen Shot 2016-02-15 at 16.17.55
The Indy’s false article

But Cologne’s prosecutor, Ulrich Bremer, has said that the claim is “total nonsense” after an interview with German paper Die Welt this weekend was misinterpreted and reported in a way that the left-wing outlets wanted, rather than what the truth was.

The Huffington Post, the Independent, the Metro, and Russia Today all jumped on clumsy reporting from liberal outlets on the European continent, going so far as to heavily editorialise their news copy on the issue.

The Huffington Post claimed: “two Syrians and one Iraqi had been detained by police as part of their inquiries, contrary to the hysteria caused by headlines which accused hordes of refugees of masterminding the assault,” while the Independent, which recently announced it was going “online only” due to a slump in newspaper sales, exclaimed: “Majority of suspects are of Algerian, Tunisian or Moroccan descent and none had recently arrived in Germany, police have reportedly said”.

The HuffPo’s tweets were titled: “The Facts Behind Cologne Sex Attacks Make Awkward Reading For Refugee-Bashers”.
But police said no such thing, with the Associated Press clarifying the statement from Bremer, who has clarified: “the overwhelming majority of persons fall into the general category of refugees.”
The papers are thought to have made the error because they do not understand the migrant crisis – thinking that only Syrians and Iraqis count as migrants or refugees, when an overwhelming number of Algerians and Moroccans had been named amongst the Cologne suspects.

But thousands of Algerians, Moroccans, Tunisians, and dozens of other nationalities have arrived in Europe since the migrant crisis began in earnest in early 2015.

And news outlets weren’t the only ones to fall for the shoddy reporting of Mr. Bremer’s comments. The “news” was seized upon by open borders campaigners, broadcasters, and even government agencies.

BERLIN — THE next few weeks will most likely determine the future of Germany’s approach to the refugee crisis — and perhaps the future of the country itself.
There are two important dates coming up: a European Union summit meeting on Feb. 18 and 19, which represents Chancellor Angela Merkel’s last chance to win over the rest of Europe to her open-door refugee policy, followed by elections in three federal states in Germany on March 13, which will offer an implicit referendum on Ms. Merkel’s political course.

Future generations might remember the past months as the final days of the age of convergence. On a continental level, “convergence” means the postwar political development toward an “ever closer union” among the European nation-states, in the words of the German historian Andreas Wirsching. Until recently, convergence seemed almost like a law of nature, an inevitability that could be slowed but never reversed.
For the last decade — the Merkel era — “convergence” has been applied to developments within Germany as well. The cultural and economic differences between East and West Germany, though still significant, appeared to be shrinking. Society seemed to become ever more tolerant, for example toward gays and career moms. The children and grandchildren of Turkish immigrants made it to important positions, rooting them in mainstream society. The grand coalition between the Social Democrats and the Christian Democrats seemed to erase what remained of left and right. As a woman, an East German and a moderate in every respect, Ms. Merkel was at once the result of and the leading figure in this development.

Those were the days, and those days are gone.

Powerful centrifugal forces are now at work. The German party system is being rearranged. Those who feel they were the losers in this age of increased diversity — easterners, older white men — are taking their anger to the Internet and the polls, voting for the far-right Alternative for Germany party that promises to fight “political correctness” and shut the border.

Forecast to get 7 percent to 15 percent of the votes in the coming state elections, Alternative for Germany is winning voters away from the once-grand Social Democrats, which is polling as low as 13.5 percent in the state of Baden-Württemberg, and outpolling the Greens. In Germany, where governments are typically composed of coalitions of the leading parties, having the far right in the mix is unsettling, to say the least.

It’s not just about politics. On the streets, even among families, there is anger and unrest. Violence against homes for asylum seekers is on the rise. The debate online is a heated blur of biased presumptions, where citizens accuse the government and German news outlets of lying to their face and turn to Russian state media for information.

The most evident symptom of disintegration is maybe Angela Merkel herself. For years, her high approval ratings made her unassailable. Now, suddenly, 81 percent of Germans disagree with the government’s management of the migration crisis, and a poll last week found her personal approval rating had dropped by 12 percentage points, to 46 percent. Ms. Merkel, once the center of Germany’s centrism, is marginalized, too.
The narrative of convergence is a teleological one. The “ever closer union” is not just a term in a treaty, or a sober description of what we have witnessed in the past decades. It’s what we thought was naturally meant to be, what Europe was supposed to do.
The same applies to the ever closer union of German society. For sort-of-leftish urbanites like myself, the notion that we might be slipping into a phase of disintegration — not to say regression — is particularly painful, because it shows we had bought into a lie, the lie that history is a one-way street, always moving toward a free, liberal, multicultural society. The anxieties caused by the influx of migrants show that many Germans no longer share this vision, if they ever did.

Perhaps Ms. Merkel herself got caught in the same trap. Her wholehearted embrace of refugees last summer, and her assertion that welcoming them was a communal European effort, seemed predicated on the belief that every development was a step forward.

It’s hard to say what’s going to happen next. Ms. Merkel probably won’t pivot completely, not this time, but in her usual, cautious way, she has already started to shed the image of “Mother Merkel.” At a regional party convention on Jan. 30, she directly addressed the refugees: “When there is peace again in Syria, when ISIS is defeated in Iraq, we expect you to return.”

Meanwhile, one of Ms. Merkel’s closest allies and a leading candidate in the March elections, Julia Klöckner, has offered a proposal on refugees that would essentially place a cap on the number of people admitted to the country — something Ms. Merkel has herself refused to do. Ms. Klöckner’s plan is widely seen as a Merkel trial balloon. But given the severity of the tremors shaking Germany, even quotas  are unlikely to settle things. . . . . . . .

But what if they say that the vast majority of embers are law abiding, peaceful little smoulderings and you must not judge diverse varieties of smouldering from a fire prevention perspective - that's simply fire prevention privilege. There is a diversity of smoulderings that has benefitted all the countries where the smouldering occurs and you are an irrational smouldering-phobe if you say otherwise. Smouldering is done for a diverse range of smouldering purposes and thinking of fire all the time is simply outrageous and unacceptable prejudice against embers.

And who are you to say that fire per se is bad, insh'allah??

Precisely, Soren.

Meanwhile ...

"Powerful centrifugal forces are now at work. The German party system is being rearranged. This will be one to watch.

If the voting only produces a lowly 15% - then all bets will be off. This will mean a further wait until something more dramatic happens than 'Cologne' that will wake up even the most passive, anal-receptive German from his torpor. Such as a few terrorist atrocities within the nation's borders.

**

"we had bought into a lie, the lie that history is a one-way street, always moving toward a free, liberal, multicultural society. The anxieties caused by the influx of migrants show that many Germans no longer share this vision, if they ever did.

'vision' - my arse. It was an outright betrayal in which radically different foreigners of race, religion, and culture were foisted upon Western nations to provide fodder for industry and the retail market - with not the slightest care that this alien demographic would balkanise societies into a patchwork quilt of tribal ghettoes.

**

Goebbels:

"“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Merkel:

At a regional party convention on Jan. 30, she directly addressed the refugees: “When there is peace again in Syria, when ISIS is defeated in Iraq, we expect you to return".

And pigs will fly.

If the German voters actually believe this piece of utter nonsense, and consequently stick with Merkel - then they deserve everything that's coming to them from these 1.1 million Muslims in the years to come. The rapes, the crime gangs, the drug pushing, and the jails packed full with them.
