They were dragged by the hair, kicking and screaming. Charged successful dynamic entrepreneurial risk takers most certainly DID create the awesome club. you think apple, microsoft, advances in pharmaceuticals, electronics, plasma screen tv's, boeing, BMW , honda , hollywood and facebook were created by the audience of Q and A? perhaps the labor caucus meeting created them leties in east germany created queues for bread and emptysupermarket shelves. when the wall came down, did all the west germans stampede to get into the east german clubs. All things created by intellectuals or as a result of intellectuals. Something the right hates. Really, so the capitalist system and business had nothing to do with the creation of microsoft, apple, facebook, google, BMW, pfizer , and Boeing. These were all the result of intellectuals sitting around the table at a UN meeting ? or did they brainstorm them over a capacino after a socialist alliance rally ? Do tell us about all the great businesses successfully started by Get Up and Occupy Wall St You telling me the people who created these companies sat around in a pub discussing their horses all day. Its clear that both gates and Zuckerberg are intellectual. Not to mention the environments that allowed these companies to thrive were created by intellectuals. Not drunks.
