Well, you'd be right that there is no specific law prohibiting urination (and, by extension, defecation) in public, but I'm sure you already know that. You could be charged with Offensive behaviour in Public and, of course, you could plead not guilty...

But I'd dare you to take a dump in public (in eyeshot, so to speak, of a police officer) then plead not guilty in court... See the escalation of penalty from a fine you receive.

Will it be appropriate for the court to send me to my death? Or a fine?
