It is up to them to show they wish to be part of the larger german community, which they did with these demonstrations. The finding of people who break the law is up to the police. You get the drama queen award, its quite simple, no need to go into extreme wrist flapping mode. No one is more aware of what goes on in their local community than, yes, you guessed it, people who are a part of that community. I cant put it any simpler. no one suggested people "become detectives" or hunt down every single criminal within the migrant group.
