The North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) state government has released the full log of offences recorded in the city centre on New Year’s Eve, which lists in detail the forms of crimes committed, and the genders of those attacked.

With crimes ranging from mere pickpocketing to full blown “group rape”, whatGermany’s Bild newspaper calls the “list of shame”runs to a staggering 821 complaints. When considering all the major cities of the NRW state including Cologne, Dusseldorf, Dortmund and Bielefeld the number of complaints is closer to 1,000.

In the list, sexual offences are recorded 359 times, and 659 women are recorded as having been victims.

In a statement to parliament today, NRW interior minister Ralf Jäger revealed although there were 1,049 victims, the police had only identified 30 suspects. All of the suspects are “North Africans”, 15 are officially asylum seekers — meaning they have not yet had their paperwork for indefinite leave to remain stamped by the German government — and two are under the age of 18.

India, of course, is an emerging superpower and a nation of complainers.

To be honest though, they’ve got more to complain about than any other country I’ve visited.

That must be a fake, old boy. The officials are covering it all up.

steven covey says we should look for the win/win in any situation.

Whenever i am on fraser island i invariabley meet loads of germans and they absolutely love australia.

1 we have vacant plant for auto manufacture in geelong and elisabeth
2 we have some of the best auto engineers and designers in the world now living in a failed state.
3 we were supposed to take 10,000 syrians , but seriously, what do syrians know about high end engineering. we scrap that idea and instead we take 10,000 german auto workers and we get our car industry back and help out a failed state .
