From this month there are significant changes in the rules.
Eg M rated programs can now be shown at 7.30 pm instead of 8.30
MA programs can be shown at 8.30 instead of 9.00.

And this one: programs classed as current affairs (not news) will no longer be required to be seen as impartial.

Also "advertorials" can be run without any direct disclosure.
